COVID-19 CLOSURE

We have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend NOHA office service in order to protect the health and safety of both application participants and employees. In light of the escalating concerns and restrictions aimed at reducing the impact of COVID-19, we have implemented the following changes:

  • The office service will be closed effective March 18th until further notice.
  • Use drop box outside office to turn in paperwork.
  • Please contact staff per email, some staff may be working remotely from home.

July 7, 2022 Board Meeting Cancelled. The next meeting of the NOHA Board of Commissioners will be at 10:00 am on Thursday, August 4, 2022. The meeting agenda and link for public participation will be posted on Monday, August 1, 2022.

NOHA in-person HQS inspections have resumed

During Calendar Year 2022, the Board of Commissioners for the Northwest Oregon Housing Authority will convene its regular monthly board meetings at 10:00 am on the First Thursday of each month. Due to COVID-19, all meeting are expected to be held virtually. A link to the meeting will be posted at www.nwoha.org at least one (1) business day prior to the meeting.

The Northwest Oregon Housing Authority Housing Choice Voucher program waiting list is open. See the Forms section of this website to download a pre-application. Pre-applications may be submitted by postal mail, fax or email at customercare@nwoha.org. NOHA is not currently issuing vouchers.
