NOHA has temporarily suspended the following Section 8 Waitlist as of July 1, 2024:

• * Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV)
• * Project-Based Voucher Program (PBV) 1-bedroom waitlist for Broadleaf Arbor
• * Project-Based Voucher Program (PBV) waitlists for Trillium House at Chelsea Gardens
• * Project-Based Voucher Program (PBV) waitlists for The Merwyn

NOHA has temporarily halted accepting new applications to prevent the listed waitlists from becoming excessively long and raising expectations of near-term housing rental assistance that cannot be met. This temporary suspension also allows resources to be focused and directed towards serving those already on the waiting lists rather than adding additional households who would have to wait multiple years for housing assistance. When NOHA resumes accepting applications for any or all of the above waitlists, notice will be provided in accordance with NOHA policies.
